• Emergency and Critical Care

    We offer 24 hours emergency coverage. What does that mean? It means that if you have a concern about your pet after our regular business hours, you simply call our regular number  860-868-2973  and the message will give you the pager number of the doctor who is on call that night. Call the pager number and leave a message and one of our doctors will call you back promptly.

     

    When you and your pet are in what you believe to be an emergency situation, you want to speak with a familiar voice. That is why we rarely will turn over our coverage to an emergency clinic. Occasionally we will share coverage with another local hospital, but the majority of the time, one of our own doctors will be available to help in your time of need. If necessary, we will meet you and your pet at the clinic for treatment.
